Your right to protect your personal data is something we take very seriously and Capitol Imagesetters Ltd, as data controller for this website, will endeavour to ensure that it fully complies with all terms of the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enacted on 25 May 2018.

Our website and ecommerce platform is hosted by Bluepark Solutions Ltd and their privacy policy can be viewed at https://www.bluepark.co.uk/privacy.html. The data we collect is stored and processed through the Bluepark platform via their highly secure servers which are protected by multiple levels of security at a site in Berkshire, UK.
Data we will collect from you and what we will use it for:
If you choose to open an account with Ross Letterpress or subscribe to our newsletter we will collect the following:your email address, password (encrypted), the date you register, the date of your last visit, your IP address and Host Name that you used. If you add further information such as address and telephone number this will also be stored.
If you do not place an order on our site you can ask for your customer account details to be deleted at any time.
If you decide to purchase goods or services from Ross Letterpress we will need to collect your details so that we can understand your requirements, process your order, generate an invoice, collect payment and ensure goods are delivered to the correct address. We will therefore need to collect your name, address, telephone number and email address. We may also need your company name and VAT number where applicable.
No payment information, such as credit card number, is ever stored within our site or on the Bluepark servers. This information is always stored separately by your payment provider and their privacy policy will apply.
If we have your express consent we may also use your data to send you information about new products and services, special offers or news that we think may be of interest. You can rescind your permission for us to contact you at any time.
We are required by government agencies to keep sales details for up to six years in order to comply with VAT and other tax legislation. If you require any of your details not relevant to sales documents to be deleted from our systems please let us know.
We will not collect any personal sensitive data from you nor use any information for automated decisions or profiling.
Your data is collected by Capitol Imagesetters Ltd (Ross Letterpress) for our purposes as previously stated and will only be shared with third parties where absolutely necessary - for example with shipping organisations and couriers to ensure safe delivery of your goods, with credit checking and fraud prevention agencies, government agencies in compliance with financial obligations such as VAT and tax accounting and legal agencies. Otherwise we will not sell, rent or exchange the information you entrust us with to any other organisation.

You have the right to access copies of any personal information details that we hold for you and can obtain this by emailing info@rossletterpress.co.uk, telephoning 01989 769651 or writing to us at our trading address Unit E, Platform 88, Ashburton Industrial Estate, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire HR9 7BW.
If any information that we hold about you is incorrect please let us know and we will correct it within a month of receiving your correspondence.
