The terms and conditions which apply to browsing this site and purchasing from our store are set out below. If you are unable to agree with any of these terms and conditions we respectfully request that you do not continue to browse this site. By continuing to browse this website you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on or use by you of any information available on this website shall be entirely at your own risk.Under no circumstances will Capitol Imagesetters Ltd/Ross Letterpress be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages arising from the use or performance of this website or information downloaded from it. We may occasionally refer to third party organisations and provide links to their websites. Ross Letterpress has no control over the nature, content or availability of those sites and our inclusion of links does not imply a recommendation or endorsement of those sites. We have made every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are honest and accurate and that photographic images correctly represent the items displayed. However we cannot guarantee that colours rendered on screen will be an exact match to the printed items. Items are produced in small quantities on hand printing presses and the nature of the process means that there may be small variations in the colours and appearance of the images produced.

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).

Shipping costs will be charged extra unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change the prices on our website without notice but if we have confirmed acceptance of an order that you have placed, the price you pay will not alter for that order.

We will endeavour to indicate whether an item is out of stock in our store but this cannot be guaranteed. Our acknowledgement that an order has been received by us from you does not constitute a binding obligation to supply a product. If an item that you order is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Recycled materials are used wherever possible but as and when necessary the most suitable packaging is employed to ensure your order arrives in the same condition as when it left our studio.

Our standard delivery charge is £1.50. Where special packaging, such as a cardboard tube, is necessary a surcharge is applied at checkout. Where a surcharge is levied the amount appears under the product list price. Items will be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class service and should take 2-3 days from despatch, however this is not a guaranteed service so some deliveries may take longer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Ross Letterpress you may return it within 30-days of the date of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Returned items must be contained in their original packaging and the product should be unused and undamaged. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will absolve us from offering you a refund or replacement. The cost of return will be borne by the returnee.
If your order arrives damaged please let us know within 48 hours.
Any items of a bespoke nature are non-returnable.

We do not ship goods beyond the United Kingdom.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and in the event of any dispute will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
